It is so designed to cut a box, a closed volume, which bifurcates into two separated to create two separate units, each with its own garden and no introspection. The rooms of the house are arranged around the patio, allowing the penetration of light into the core of the house. The privacy and quiet of the patio is combined with the aesthetic qualities and the expression of elegance by the dark walls.The building structure is made of wood and covered with slabs of thick ceramic panels mounted on a ventilated wall.
